Titan chipset is the successor of Tsunami/Typhoon. It is one of the last chipsets for HP Alpha systems. It is a set of application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) that complement the Digital 21264 family of Alpha microprocessors. The chipset provided a solution for low-cost, high-performance, mid to high-end client systems and low-end server systems.
